Here are some things to keep in mind regarding events:

Open Event: Open to anyone and everyone. Non HOG members must sign a Release Form (Adult or Minor) ( required.)

Closed Events: HOG Members and one (1) guest per HOG member. All guests must sign a release form. Chapter rides fall into this category unless otherwise noted.

HOG Members Only: You must be a HOG member to participate. No guests..

Here's another thing to remember that will keep everyone out of trouble. If you invite a guest to a chapter event, you must bring your guest to the point of departure. You cannot join the ride after it has departed. All guests are required to sign a release form prior to participating in a HOG Chapter ride. You can download a Release Form to bring to the departure point. This release is required by HOG.

When planning to go on a chapter ride, please show up at the departure point promptly, with full gas tanks and ready to ride. Check the weather and pack/dress appropriately. If rain even looks like a remote possibility then bring rain gear! All of this helps to ensure a timely departure and a fun and safe ride!
